Ben Bryson, PGA
Head PGA Professional
Ben is our PGA Head Professional. Ben came to RedHawk after an impressive 17-year career at BanBury Golf Course. He is a very experienced golf professional and is known for his playing ability and his timeless dedication to junior golf. He is the President of the Idaho Junior Golf Foundation.
Ben is a 4 time Rocky Mountain Section PGA Player of the Year, the 2015 and 2022 RMSPGA Youth Player Development award winner and has qualified for 5 National Club Professional Championships as well as 3 Albertsons Boise Opens. His low competitive round is 60 at the 2008 Idaho Open.

Steve Tarkon
Head Instructor
Steve brings 6 years of playing professionally on several professional tours. Steve's extensive playing experience and knowledge are what make him a wonderful instructor and asset to the RedHawk Professional staff. Steve is the 2014 Idaho State Amateur Champion. He has won multiple mini tour events in his career.

Charles Girdner
Asst. Golf Professional & Instructor
Charles is a third-generation golfer from the Treasure Valley and has been playing competitive golf for 26 years. His positive and even keel attitude makes for a stress-free lesson environment. Rebecca Hawes, PGA Associate
Asst. Golf Professional & Instructor
Rebecca is our PGA Associate and Assistant Golf Coach for the NNU Women's golf team. She's been golfing competitively for abut 12 years and brings extensive knowledge from college golf all over America. She's lived in six different states spanning the Midwest and West Coast and is familiar with multiple types of golfing conditions. Most of her golf in her younger days happened in Southern California, with a majority of her college golf happening in Indiana/Michigan. During Rebecca's collegiate career, she made the All-American team 4 times, and helped lead her team to a National Championship in 2019. She's been here at Redhawk for about a year and a half and has loved meeting new people and helping them further love and enjoy the game of golf. If you're looking for a fun and nonintimidating lesson, she's your gal! Whether your goal is to shave a few strokes off, break a score barrier, or work on course strategy, Rebecca has the tools you need.
